Safari Eatz is an Afro infusion food experience catering company. All their recipes are inspired by Chef Andrew Mlamba a native of Mombasa. This coastal region of Kenya is the homeland of the native Swahili language where many of the authentic dishes are influenced by the Indian and Arabic cultures.
